How do I get my Lifetime Guarantee?

To activate your Blue Spot Tools lifetime guarantee please complete the online form to register your product within 30 days of purchase. In the unlikely circumstances that a fault occurs with the product after 30 days please submit a guarantee claim form and enter all details as required.

Can I buy direct from Blue Spot Tools?

We are unable to supply end users of our products, as we only sell to retailers and carefully selected wholesale partners. However, we have a find a stockist page on our website which can help you locate the closest stockist to you that stocks Blue Spot Tools. 

What do I do if I have a faulty product?

If you have a problem with a product please contact the retailer you bought the product from and they will endeavor to rectify the situation. Any information regarding the fault can be emailed to sales@bluespot.uk.com.

How do I become a stockist of Blue Spot Tools?

Please fill in the trade registration form on our website with details of your business. A member of our team will then be in touch to discuss your requirements and how we can work with you and your business.

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed on our website, by telephone or by email. If you would like to arrange a visit from one of our sales representatives please call 0800 093 0115.

Our office is open from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our helpful sales representatives can provide you with instant product information, stock availability and pricing.

Can I receive a full product catalogue?

Yes we would be happy to send you an up to date version of our catalogue. Please click ‘request a catalogue’ within your account dashboard and we will arrange for one to be sent out to you.

If I have a pallet order when will I receive it?

Our standard pallet service is 48 hours. If you have any questions with regards to delivery or chasing a delivery, please contact your representative on 0800 093 0115.

How much do I have to spend to get free carriage?

Carriage is free for UK mainland orders over £100.00. For more information on our delivery options and carriage please go to our delivery page.

Do you offer merchandising?

We have a range of merchandising options available that we can offer your business. We are able to offer merchandising as part of an order or our stands are available to purchase outright. Please speak to your account manager who will be able to provide you with further details.

Do you offer product sourcing?

If you have outgrown your domestic tool supplier or need fresh thinking and new ideas, speak to our purchasing team who will help you find the right product, at the right price, delivered within a time frame that meets your deadlines.
