How do I get my Lifetime Guarantee?

To initiate your BlueSpot Tools lifetime guarantee please complete the online form to register your product within 30 days of purchase. In the unlikely circumstances that a fault occurs with the product after 30 days please submit a guarantee claim form and enter all details as required.

Can I buy direct from BlueSpot Tools?

We are unable to supply end users of our products,  as we only sell to distributors, wholesalers and retailers only. However, if you call us we can direct you to the nearest stockist.

How do I return a faulty product?

If you have a problem with a product please contact your representative and they will endeavour to rectify the situation. Any information regarding the fault can be emailed to quality@bluespot.uk.com, along with your account number. 

If I have a pallet order when will I receive it?

Our standard pallet service is  48 hours.

How much do I have to spend to get free carriage?

Carriage is free for orders over £100.00
